This example uses a $26 loaded labor cost per hour, plus $560 in other entered monthly costs. Change the revenue or hours to see the arithmetic.

“Loaded” means wages plus employer payroll burden and benefits. This is an illustration, not a quote, an uploaded record, or a recommendation to change a client’s price.

A LITTLE MORE DETAIL

Before you start.

Still have a question?
hello@brimwren.com

What exactly do I receive?

A private PDF for one completed calendar month, covering up to three buildings in one cleaning business. It includes entered revenue and costs, budgeted versus paid crew hours, site ranking, and renewal-price scenarios. Once you select a fee for one building, the review also includes one optional editable renewal draft.

Which numbers should I prepare?

For each building: service revenue before sales tax; total budgeted crew hours; total paid crew hours, including allocated paid travel and supervision; average loaded hourly labor cost; supplies; other direct costs; allocated overhead; and your target margin. Use aggregate site totals and count each expense once. Missing figures need to be clarified rather than silently treated as zero.

Does “remaining” mean my true profit?

It means revenue minus the costs included in the review. Incomplete cost information can overstate what remains. This is an operational cost review, not audited accounts, a tax return, or a valuation. One month does not establish annual profitability; seasonal work and unusual expenses need context.

Will you decide what I charge or contact my clients?

You decide the fee and whether the assumptions fit your service scope, contract, and renewal timing. A modeled price is a scenario. The optional renewal draft is for you to review and edit; contacting your clients is not part of this review.

How do I protect sensitive information?

Begin with a fit inquiry, not attachments containing payroll or banking data. Building totals and site codes are enough for the review. Employee names, individual payroll records, bank details, and client login credentials are not needed. The report contains internal business information and is intended for your own team.

Is this a subscription? Can I pay on this page?

The first review is a $99 one-time service with no automatic renewal. This page accepts inquiries, not payments. We confirm scope, delivery timing, and payment details with you before an order is accepted. There is no obligation to request another review.
